I will since you have no experience on the matter.  In the south, many still don`t have air conditioning and the coolest place will be the front porch.  So they retreat to the front porch.  Its also a common hang out as a result.

I think racism is free speech and people should be allowed to say what they feel, no mattwr how vile it may be.
