I have looked considerably better since dropping shakes from my diet and replacing them with food.
Same here, I very very rarely drink them, I only do cos my girl has a tub at mine all the time....sometimes I know I won't be eating for a couple of hours after a training session, so I would do one scoop at no more than 20/24g protein with water and a banana, then I'm off for a couple of hours. This happens twice a month max.
I am also a part believer in the Adonis Principles of peace as much as I hate the c unt (

I don't eat breakfast, lunch I have something small to tick me over and dinner I would eat a big meal at 9pm with carbs and some junk on the side after like biscuits and cake....considering that I won't eat anything till the next day it makes sense to me that a big meal wouldn't do much harm, this is also after training as I train after work, next day I'm up at 6:30am and usually run to work on empty stomach and don't eat anything to after 10am.
With all this I am now around 215lbs lean.
