I suspect he is basically entirely sedentary outside of 100-200 calories/day or so he burns lifting weights, then eats a "bodybuilding diet".

He is a trainwreck. Also, the problem with his is he never takes anyones advice. He always does his own thing, despite many people telling him to do the opposite.

But he works at least.
He could easily be on a disability, unlike others we know.
Still he goes and works in a supermarket bagging up food. I give him that much.
