This is the problem with eating nuts for fat, as opposed to, say, cheese. They're too easy to overeat. One handful leads to another.


If you do eat them, it's probably a good idea to buy one small bag at a time. Those usually have about 250 cal.

For you guys who are afraid of fats there are dudes in the islands with 50 percent of their diet consists of fat cause they use coconuts in everything that they eat and they are ripped and lean, like I said cook with the coconut oil, drink the coconut milk and eat the bananas and you will be big boy.

Keep them in the freezer.  Frozen nuts have fewer calories. ;)












Actually, frozen almonds taste better straight out of the freezer and taste even better if slightly toasted, then frozen.

I added coconut to my diet now that I am bulking up to 280, I use the oil to cook all my meals, I am also thinking of adding this mass gainer for post workout the ingredients looks good.

I bought 2lbs of unsalted Cashews a week ago.  Started with just a half a handful.  Then grabbed another handful... then another... then another...  Probably ate about 500cals in Cashews in about 10 minutes.
