Even with "zero triceps" he had probably the biggest arms in Pro BB (shows how gigantic his biceps were)

It's not how big your arms measure it's how big they look and the shape , he has shitty arms...

Personally I would never want arms shaped liked that
 To be fair in the beginning his arms weren't like that but obvious abuse of synthol in the biceps and shoulders just mad his arms look worse

Exactly  when you flex your arm 99% of people would stare at your bicep..

There's not a single pose where you can flex triceps and have similar effect as biceps.

Learn some 101-anotomy dummy, the tricep is about 2/3rd of an arm, yeah 'overrated' ::)
