that's the dumbest thing i've ever seen.

he can't even bench 405 by himself with a bounce off his chest.  so he decides to throw on 320 more lbs?????

shit, even with a bounce he needed help on the first rep @ 405. 

this guy must be totally delusional and maybe even slightly retarded to get under that weight considering that even with his 3 spotters they still needed a 4th guy to run in and get the weight off him

if it wasn't for those bench catches on the side, all 4 of the spotters and presser wouldn't have been able to save his crushed sternum
