I thought Troy looked great, I've seen a couple of pics of Dugdale over at MM, I think Dim is gonna look good, but I think I'm gonna pick Lee for this one.  Even though I think the IFBB should be pushing guys like Alves and Dugdale, Lee just looks incredible.  Unless he blows his condition he should win this pretty easlily, Troy will nab 2nd and I'm picking Dugdale for 3rd...or maybe Dave Henry.

lets see the hams.  if he is in condition all the way around, lee can only be beat by the very top guys.  looks like top 3 for this show, maybe even a winner here.
