I never got what the big deal was with "ghostbusters".  I was forced to sit through the first one and thought bit was utter shit, didn't laugh once.  couldn't tell you a thing about the second one, never saw it

I saw and enjoyed the first one and disliked the second.  If  you think the first one sucks that's really not something people are going to hate you for.  You have so many other undesirable qualities that make that possible.  It's just a film.  Get over it.
