To be a doctor they go through the same accreditation process as any other doctor, thus have the same basic skill-set.
Ofcourse individual competence and skill may vary depending on specialization, experience, etc. etc.

That being said, I sure as hell wouldn't trust a doctor in some backwash country like Somalia or similar shit. Though if it comes to seeing a doctor then, there's probably not much choice anyways...

A doctor from a backwash country is prob better since he would have to deal with more diseases and work with less equipment meaning that his book knowledge would have to be on point to be successful.

I have a good friend who couldn't get into med school because his GPA wasn't high enough. Meanwhile, he has a masters in biology and is teaching Black medical students with much lower GPA's than his who were admitted to med school....Sound fair?
