well, a double cheeseburger at McD's (or any fast food chain, almost) is about $1.70 or so, and provides about 440kcals (most dbl cheeseburgers at fast food chains are in the 390-440kcal range)...
soooo, this lady can spend a lil under $8/day and get about 2000kcal (with ketchup/bbq sauces, etc...), that's plenty of kcals for an average person (avg person who doesn't do shit all day).
or, she can spend 3.50/wk on a gal of milk, and have a diet of 2 boxes of mac n cheese ($.47 each, generic) and 2 bags of Ramen ($.50 total) per day and spend $104/month on food that would provide about 4000kcal per day, enough for her and her two small kids (I think she had 2 small kids in the pic I saw.. just woke up, I can't remember?? lol).
if she were 'eating healthy', she'd expect to at the very least double that amount, if not quadruple.
and a gym membership? avg about $300-350/year... probably cheaper at some local "rec-center" type gym or YMCA or something.
some of these people need to learn how to budget.
