To me, the van may have been making too wide of a left turn, but it appears the lambo sped up to creep by her. The lambo could have easily slowed up and waited. If she could not have slowed up, then she was probably going too fast.

One brake & rotor probably costs that much.

Cars probably totaled or close to. Easy $100k in damage because of carbon fiber everything.

The Dude driving the Lambo it seems was at fault. You see the speed it was going? We don't know if he had accelerated before or after that person made the turn. It seemed like a legit turn, at a legit speed. The Aventador was going too fast down that street to stop.
If anything, both could be at fault.
