Rory had to of had 21 inch arms it least, he went about 285 with a small waist in the off-season. Tommy should know.

what was amazing is he stayed pretty lean in off season,he carried 285 very well. i still remember the stories my freind used to tell me about rory,s training and the heavy weights he used, rory was strong as a silver back gorilla

On another note. Anyone see Rory n his wife on supermarket sweep? Twice. The first time I couldn't believe my bb idol as a teen ager was on this game show. I think it was way back in the mid to late 80s.
