I mean in the sense that you could confidentely say "That's the best BB in the world right now" and noone would argue with you or contradict.

Heath is a true Mr. O to be sure, but doesn't have the imposing presence of champs of yesteryear like Coleman and Yates.  2009 Jay was impressive and dominant to be sure, but by that point, Jay had become inconsistent.

Your a blathering idiot.

Ronnie's pushing it, he's a freak with a gut, but a freak that works. Yates was a brutal mess.

too bad he was outframed by  a 5th grader.

I'd vote for Haney.  Too bad his arms weren't just a little bit bigger.

Jay was a Mr O

He gave Dexter his title.

Phil Heath is acting Mr O since no real (english speaking) bodybuilders are available right now.

Coleman is from another realm, but specifically to the question, there was no possible doubting to anyone in the general public, with no real BB knowledge, that the 2009 Cutler was the best in the world at that time.
Cutler was only good from the front. You'd think all those years of competing against Coleman would have paid off.

Ronnie 2003 was probably the last time there was a truly dominant Olympia winner, maybe Ronnie 05 or 06 maybe. 04 had a huge gut but still obliterated the competition

Even there .. in what might be Phil Heaths best front relaxed pic on stage ever.. he still has a wierdly shaped chest.

A chest should be wider than it is high.. at least when you stretch out the arms like that.

Sub par chest for the highest standard in the sport. Otherwise I admit he looks good here.
