Hardly overnight. There are 18 years of time between those two photos. A lot can change in 18 years. He's probably doing just fine, he's just older.

He will be 47 years old in November this year. He looks like a 47 year old man only in much better condition than most men his age.

Still has a great body, much smaller though.

He looks good in that pic. There were some shots posted of him at a recent masters and he did look like he had adult-onset Palumbism but this one he looks decent.
