My guess is nerve damage from gh abuse

Plus in some cases destroyed tissue from decades of seo use

Damage to the cervical vertebrate and their disc often result in the reduced ability to recruit or fire your triceps. The damage occurs to the radial nerve. It happens more often to the left arm than the right arm.  Ruhl and Coleman were text book examples.

the wear and tear of Joints wont allow you to train triceps correctly, not even to accomplish a decent "pump'....

Nerve damage from lifting? Or from bone growth due to abuse?
