PJ I notcie you mentioned you have weaker rear delts have you ever tried doing sets of rear delts on back day and shouklder day? That is what I do! I use the reverse peck deck machine like you used when you trained shoulders and I blast them like you did on shoulder day but i also blast them on back day! Why donlt you do that? or am I worng for throwing in rear delts on back day and shoulder day? everybody seems to want huge rear delts and I find you use your rear delts alot on back day as well as shoulder day so at the end of my back day i will do a nasty drop set of seated machine reverse pack dec for rear delts(same machine you used in your shoulder workout but you started out with that exercise because you said it was the weakest.
Both shoulder and back day you are activating your rear delts so why not go do a brutal drop set to finish up your workout. all those rows and one armed dumbell rows work your rear delts as well as lats. I honestly do a somewhat similar workout but I start out with 50 assited pull-ups(not all in one set usually takes 3-4 sets) just to pre-exhaust alot of the muscles used. I don't see alot of people just jump into rown alot of us start with a assited chin-up machine to get every muscle pre-exhausted plus man those pull-ups if don right do hit those rear delts. Is it because your shoulders kind of fucked? I do shrugs on shoulder day but fuck it do them on back day as well!

PM one to me. I am not big on the keto diet but i would like to see how bad you are suffering. I do switch from just counting macros to keto in say after 8PM. some weekdays I might do one keto diet I just want to see how hardcore your keto diet is? just alot of chicken breasts and asparagus?
