I don't see how this helps the Jets (unless it's just to show the fans that they are trying)?

Harvin is a dynamic player, but the Jets are 1-5 now. I guess they are looking to see how well he gels in the offense for the rest of the year. Harvin's guaranteed money runs out at the end of this year, so that means the Jets can just cut him in the offseason if they wish.

I guess they will keep him if he lights it up for NY.

Strange considering the "up in the air" status of Rex Ryan and the G.M.

Rex just needs to go take over a some teams defense and dominate that way...He's in over his head as a head coach and that's ok. That dude could really do damage as a defensive mind only...Imagine what Denver would look like if Rex took over their defense? All I was reading was Harvin was a problem in the locker room but I guess the sleeping with a players girl constitutes that.

of course it's not Ryan's fault. he can only field the talent they allow him to have. you yhink it was his idea to re sign Sanchez after everybody had their mom knew he was going to be the biggest bust since ryan leaf? no that was the GM saving face for drafting him, and keeping him. Ryan's between a rock and a hard place in NY.

I agree...But doesn't Rex have a Sanchez tattoo? If so then I'm guessing he would have resigned Sanchez...

dont know if it's true. ESPN keeps hinting at it, but other sources online discuss it.  WHo knows.

Wouldn't rule it out in this day and age.  There was a lot of shit in the NBA over the past few years with people traded after banging each others wives.  Pacers last year, one dude caught feelings for a girl, and she partook in an orgy with another player... destroyed their season, remember that collapse?
