yea like someone else said about diet,if he really cleaned up his diet he wouldnt look all that bad,it aint like he has no muscle at all,its just hidden under that layer of fat and bloat,he can look good in 90 days of tight dieting imo and hard weight training,doesnt need cardio cause its over rated imo anyway,a person will get way harder lifting iron hard every day then they would do cardio everyday
