Things have went downhill for Cutler ever since he ditched his trademark Hitler Youth Haircut.

actually cutler doesn't look to bad there. looks healthy and unlike ron who's gone to pot still has a good physique.

I think over time you'll see him gradually 'get smaller' but I think he'll maintain a quality physique inside of that.

Wel... beautiful people get old too, and clever people sometimes get dumber, tall get shorter, etc.. due to age.. I've never understood this "Some day they will come back to their former selves". That's expected, isn't it?  

The difference is - some have never even had a chance (at any of these mentioned) and some did. Some will live a long life, some will die early (due to these drugs), it's all a big gamble. In the end - it doesn't make any sense anyway.
