Well, to sum it up he's a late 90's - early 2000's bodybuilder who won a lot of local contests who got a great contract with Mutant.  Now he owns his own supplement company.  Over the years, he's built up a ton of tatoos and piercings along with some cosmetic surgery.  


He's just a bodybuilding weirdo like the rest of us

ha i love how he says he trains so hard. at 4:15 doing a brutal 2 plates per side on that chest press machine lol. ive seen teenagers do that amount of weight lol

i personally never saw the hate for this guy.  Probably knows more about gear than 99.9 % of guys out there....you know there is nothing he hasn't tried and he's been using non stop since the 80's.   I've shown chicks I've dated vids of this guy, girls in their early twenties...most don't think he's bad looking.

Thats just the way he trains now. I think it was halo who told me rich benched 500 with flat triceps..... there's a video of him doing skull crushers with 225, not a weak guy by any means.

I like rich he does not bullshit his fans he tell them that he use steroids to build his body, and he also says eat real food then you can add some supplements to help you out, he is an honest guy who is very straight up.

Bodybuilding is a drug cult and a freak show. Like it or not, Rich understands how it works. What he couldn't achieve with roids and gh he did with....it's not synthol, but something else, can't remember the name of the stuff

And he looks impressive, and doesn't use killer diuretics like the competition fools have to use.
