Do you eat a big breakfast? or just coffee? its weird because when i first wake up i cannot stand the sight of food. i dont get how people eat big breakfasts? i want to vomit looking at food that early. my breakfast was a banana, tea and 2 slices of toast with some jam on them.

Same..I literally have to choke down a shake and oatmeal at the very least in the AM.
