Is this the ideal mans body? It says he put on 12 to 15 pounds of muscle in 6 weeks.

Nick Jonas is looking freaking delicious in his spread for Details magazine. The 22-year-old singer/actor opened up about the intense workout and eating regime he had to adapt before filming in his DirecTV show Kingdom. In just six weeks he put on 12 to 15 pounds of muscle and BOY, his new body is getting some serious attention. Now that filmingis over he's dropped 10 pounds after lowering his calorie intake to 2,500 from approximately 4,000!

He told the magazine, "I don't have the luxury of eating whatever I want whenever I want anyway, because of my type 1 diabetes, so I have been conscientious about food for a long time. I do have guilty pleasures, though. I wasn't drinking at all while I was training for the show, but now that we're done, I keep it classy with Coors Light."

You guys need to remember that the average woman is not used to seeing buff guys, for them this is what an in shape guy looks like so they would think that jonas abs are awesome.

he already does steroids

about the gyno he will probably get it removed soon but is scared for surgery

The injection bruising will be from that, especially as diabetics also tend to bruise much more easily.

Fuck me, if you think a 22 year old kid in the limelight needs to use gear to get a physique like that then I give up.
