hey guys im kinda following two diets. Give me opinions.
Each for a couple of weeks or more:
1st
Breakfast 10 eggs whites,2 yolks cup oatmeal,1/4 cup raisins,1 tbsp honey
Meal2..Tuna, Brown rice,brocolli
Meal3..Same as 2
Meal 4 Pre-workout cuple egg yolks mixed wi milk and scoop whey+bannana.
Meal5.. Post workout whey protein shake.
Meal 6..What ever is on teh manu at home that night e.g. salmon and boiled potatoes.
Meal7.. whey protien shake
2nd diet:
Breakfast 4 egg ommlette, (containing cheese or bannana etc),fruit
Meal2..can tuna with brown rice
Meal3..Baked potato with can tuna andside plate with cottage cheese
Meal4..2 boiled eggs chopped into salad with sliced hams+soup
Meal5..Tuna salad
Meal6..Same as everyone else.
2nd diet used after i finish tub of whey.
For 2nd diet im making up homemade shake to drink throughout the day..containing 2 eggsmilk powder, 1/2 gallon of milk,mayb throw n wee bit cottage cheese, and flavour with chocolate powder used in hot chocolate. Quite high in calories, n taken before/after workout and threw the day.
Any thoughts?
