I ate a big bag of potato chips and a bucket of ice cream  I just wanted a little snack and I ended up eating everything shit, shit shit.  >:(

I think I overreacted woke up this morn my abs looked great and I killed legs in da gym for two hours.

walking lunges 5 sets
squats 5 sets
leg press 5 sets
stiff legged deadlifts 10 sets
cable crunches with weights 5 sets
hanging leg raises with  5 sets

I went ape shit one time when my girls made peanut butter chocolate brownies ... I'm a self admitted chocolate whore...I have a problem.

Anyways, one weird benefit was I had one of the most intense and heavy lifting day the next day. I still struggle to not let my brain lie and convince itself that sugar binge = next day gym beast .....I don't have the time to bake brownies everyday 😁

Yes cause I have to ride the bicycle and do light sets to warm up the joints before going full hardcore, If you tried to workout with me I would have your twink ass lying on the floor vomiting.

15 didnt even upset my stomache. Felt fine. i think their fiber claims are pretty off, or that IMO doesnt really produce fiber like effects

I ran into teh trainer in Vegas at The Mirage during the Olympia weekend, and he was taking cocktail waitresses up to his room 2 at a time day and night. He was in Room 7 near the ice machine.
