This is not meant to be mean spirited but could Botox help eliminate his twitch?  My understanding is that Botox paralyzes the facial muscles.  Thoughts?

I've been involved in this bodybuilding/muscle universe for many years, but I am not too sure I've ever seen anything like "Big Lenny".

Between the brutal face twitch, madness swirling in his eyes, pseudo-tough-guy ramblings, colossal 58-inch waist (protruding in a most alarming way), no-words-to describe-the actual-physique, disturbing string-thong posing trunks, and stiff-as-a-block-of-cement movements ... Un-frickin'-real.

As another says, so often bodybuilding contests are nothing more than clown parades. This is perfect example.

Big Lenny looks to be moments away from a painful death. That old and brutalized ticker is gonna give up the ghost at any minute, it would seem.

Pure madness in those eyes. Double murder suicide waiting to happen unless his ticker kicks the bucket first. The coroners are already making bets on what it's going to look like. The most believable one I've heard so far is a basketball stuffed with ricotta cheese.
