Beach Ready? Need last 2 week advice...

Currently cutting on week 4 of a test prop 600mg cycle. 200mg Thurs, sat, mon.
Using .5mg adex ED. Had to use letro at 1.25 for a couple days due to itchy nips.

Also using t3 at 75mcg (taken .25mcg increments).
 
Should I lower the prop now to 400 or so? Or keep it At this dose all the way thru vacation?
Also, i wanted to incorporate 20-40mcg of clen but I dunno if its worth it for 2 weeks.
My cals are around 1800 now, and i plan to lower to 1700 this week and 1600 next week.

Im probably around 11 percent but want to be 8 percent. Dunno if its possible

you should easily be able to consume 2500 at the lowest and still lose fat without any cardio whatsoever, unless you just sit on your ass all day...

you probably lowered calories too much too early, a great physique is not built in a few weeks

lowering test wont help at all, rather the opposite.
clen? wont really do much in those 2 weeks

Yeah im not gonna mess with clen after more thought. What i should probably do is lower the t3 to 50 and then 25 the last week

last thing you want to do really

T3 is quite possibly bunk
2 weeks of clen could be beneficial if you diet your ass off especially coupled with T3

anyway if what you are doing is working dont change anything

What i would do is shoot 1ml prop and tren eod or ed till you go away... I don't like t3 and i don't really rate clen, you could add ephidrene before you train to liven things up a bit

Unfortunately i have no tren on hand.

Other than prop, i have superdmz 2.0 and epitren both from ironmaglabs.
I kinda wanted to stay away from orals but holy shit they make u pop. I came off a short 3 week of msten in early sept, so i dont know if its smart to use again even for 2 weeks

NO DHACKS is over dosed on most occasionals thats the problem with dealing with MCG, its so fking hard to get right.

it is possible that the clen had been unacurately dosed and you basically OD'd on it, when u od on clen, u vommit, u feel weak you feel like youve been on Mkat all night without the positive mood enhancment just the comedown shit all you want to do is lie in bed and cry. many cases of people fgoing to hospital of t3 poisoning with dhacks as its overdosed by a large degree.

I have taken the pre-boost - i had a 7 hour board meeting 2 days ago and i got through 10 pills, i felt ill by the time i got to myt flat, i lay in fetal position watching kim kardashian wearing wigs because i felt too shit to get the rmote and change channel.

now the best cutting drug in the world is tren/prop/mast/hgh and 3-4 days on Mephedrone - now tell me by day 5 you havent lost about 5% bodyfat. - truth

i was talking about MPresearch, same source ESF got his pills that put him into the hospital from,
not dhacks.
not bashing dhacks in anyway,
his stuff is accurate from my experience (only used his t3)

7 or so days out. Doing a couple low days of 1400 and some higher days of 1700. Also a large pizza/chocolate binge on friday or sat night. i wonder if i should drop this though?

When i hit the beach i know my wife is gonna be pissed if i dont let loose and eat and drink but i dont want to baloon up. Any tips on keeping lean while there? Also, somewhat worried about taking my TRT meds and liquid t3 on the plane there (going to the carribean)

why would beer bring out vascularity? if you want to get vascular take out all sodium from your diet for 1-2 days then have a somehwat cheat day or at least throw in a sodium day then you will see some veins if your lean enough. I used to do this all the time used to freak people out id get so veiny by just dropping sodium completely for about 2 days then sodium loading.

No. It's somewhat a depletion day. your still eating and counting macros just avoid any sodium and drink less water do this for 1-2 days then when you want the veins put a good deal of sodium on your chicken breats or have a pice of pizza with your chicken breats throw a little salt on both and you should get pretty veiny. always worked for me but everybody is diffrent. on those two days where your cutting sodium out also cutt your carbs off at 5PM and go keto from then on then do the semi cheat day and see what happens. You might need to lift some weights to really see the effect but i would do it just on my lunch break go back to work flex for some employees and they would freak out!

they thought it was nasty9always asking me (what I was taking)then they would flex their forarm and no veins would pop it was pretty funny.It didn;t have much to do with the steroids more so the sodium depletion and loading. it would even be crazier if I trained. You do have to be at least 10% or leaner to really get freaky doing this,the leaner the freakier.

you do want to drink some water. I wouldn;t load up to much water but totally ok to drink water I would minimize it a tad then pull a semi cheat day and they should pop. i always take gear with me on holiday and try n find a hotel with a gym

at least then i can get a good pump n look juicy as fuck walking round

once went to portugal to this little village, was with the mrs the teen girls there were sat on this step her mouth dropped and shegra\bbed her mate n they both looked over my mrs saw.....u want some of this italian muscle u little slag.

i like goin to them small village places when no one has ever seen so much muscle before except on the tv ha

or you could just deplete - carb load n use dieuretics  ;D
