Relative to his torso, his arms were mediocre-same disproportion as Yates. If Haney's arms had been proportionate to his torso he'd have been on the superstar level, even with the small legs.

NO way they were 20". If they were 20", they'd have looked the same size as Schwarzenegger's & Oliva's arms.

I don't get it.

I've had 20 to 21 inch arms when I was on the good stuff and they didn't seem that big. Mind u, I'm 6'4" and I wasn't cut up, but I've seen Ronnie's arms and they were fucking huge. They made mine look half the size of his.

If the link had been, smallest arms for a mister olympia ... it would have to be Mr. Yates.

Still can't believe he won without any biceps, retarded. I don't care how fuccin thick his back is, without arms you should not win a bodybuilding contest ... considering that arms are for sure what everyone looks at first.

Sergio's were around 20.5" cold, Arnold's about the same. Haney in particular was nowhere near 20".
