Mike comes across very likable in this video. Pleasant and energetic.

He looks great, too. I certainly don't think he's drug-free, but I also don't think he overdoes anything. Just a traditional dabbler who knows the difference between use and abuse.

O'Hearn is successful and, as far as I know, has never been involved in anything shady in an industry known for more than its share. Strangely, I have never crossed paths with the man, what with all the covers he's done for MuscleMag and such.

He's a man's man who pulls birds, is super friendly and polite, lifts a tonne, has big muscles, and does martial arts stuff.

What's not to dig about the guy?

Exactly. I noticed same thing. A lot do it. Rub the nose... play with the watch... etc. Whatever you have to do to keep those arms up and not in a relaxed state.

I've said this many times over the years. I've seen mike train for nearly 25 years. There is no one, I mean no one that I have seen that stays this lean and is as strong as he is. In fact he's stronger than 90 percent of lifters I've ever seen even the permabulking red faced screamers.
