With prohormones banned does anyone know of any other good products?

I have been working out for about a month more seriously than before and I don't seem to be gaining any weight I am still at 173 lbs with 22 percent bodyfat however my wife says I look stronger.  I work out every other day.  Do I need to eat more?  Maybe I should try a weight gainer.  Any suggestions?

Tedd, you're just beginning man its not time for these things yet.  Right now just get your diet under control and learn what training techniques your body responds well to.  How old are you by the way, what are your stats, and experience?

Don't even wast your time with them.  I thought they were safer and now I'm on my way to a specialist.  Wonder how much that is going to cost.  My point is, be careful with your choices.
