he gets on top of the bike in corners only makes him that much faster. something im trying to learn but coming from riding dirt bikes and motorcycles its hard to break the habit of leaning with the bike instaed of just leaning it over and getting on top of it. do that on a motorised bike and its a ticket for the ER. but once you get it fuck theres no feeling like it.

Well, sounds like you know the technique, just have to work on it. Its hard to commit to it, but when cornering in dry and wet the faster you go (to a point) the better you will corner. Put a little weight into it and make sure that tire hooks up. In the wet if you lock brakes and the mud builds up in your tire tread, you're done.
