Went to the gym hella motivated after superstarbillygram got me worked up a little so props to him! Warmed up on the bike for 20 min, moved over to leg press and went UP TO 34 plates for 2 sets of 12, 1 for 8 THIS IS AFTER 9 other pyramid sets going up, then it was over to front squats to push it to my limit. After those 13 sets, I could only manage to go up to 185 for 4 sets of 12, 225 for 1 set of 10 and 245 for 1 set of 6 with a spotter. Then it was on to dumbell squats were a certain pro on here showed me (you guess who), with a 10lb plate under my heals I did 5 sets for 12 with 120lb dumbells (wrist raps used of course). Finished off with a brisk walk to get the lactic acid out of my legs for 25 min. Yes, I am natural and i'm sorry if the 5,000mg/wk powerlifters on here aren't impressed but I am and at the end of the day that's what counts!
