I'll be even a bit more restrictive.  Re rack your weights in the proper order and in the proper place.  10s, 25s, 5s, 45s go with each other not in some mixed up mishmash on the same prong.

me too i do straight bar curls on the pins of the "power cage" or whatever they call it


and people come to check out the insane pump  definition and veins in my arms as i am curling in the rack with an epic olympic bar with 5 kg each side

I post "lol at people who wear $250 squat shoes and max at 195" and I get comments like douchbag or everyone starts somewhere lol
