There needs to be a mass shooting for people to quit their bullshit phone obsession..  Maybe then people will show some respect to their fellow man.  Society is a disgrace with their social media bullshit.  Age of the non important, but so self important.
Maybe an Apple store?  Brilliant.

lol you did a trainingvideo.....thats probably the douchiest a doudchebag bodybuilder can ever do

adidas weightliftiing shoes are real good

just get old model (exactly the same funtion just other colors/look) for half the price or less

good investment, they last a lifetime

Oh yea defiantly agree. But there's been a movement at my gym of people wrestling that they don't even have decent form down..

out of 100 people joining a gym only 5 of them will ever squat double bodyweight with proper form for reps

they help with with full squats because they elevate the heel

if you plan on doing full squats with good form i recommend them

just buy ironworks II for half price of latest shoes

cheaper than beatsbydre headphones of peace so why not

"necessary"?

no

I use Adidas shoes for cleans, snatches, squats and lunges. Other than that I never use them for bodybuilding.

Instead of spending all that money on shoes if you really want to go hardcore train barefoot like arnold it worked for him.

Olympic lifting shoes are worth it if you like them, my Adidas have lasted 6 years and only now are starting to show real wear. Really nice feel compared to regular shoes when squatting, etc.... Most important thing for average folks in lifting shoes is hard soles, later you can figure if heels, etc.... will be helpful.

This.

since when did the gym become the refuge for antisocial cock-smellers ?

I talk to plenty of people every time I'm in the gym. have a few laughs.

if you can't differentiate, and switch gears between goofing off, and time to focus you must be some sort of idiot.

Someone please tell me I'm not a "serious" trainer...I could use a laugh.
