As for the 100  yard dash faster than ricky henderson well ricky was never that fast.....100 meter is a totally different type of speed than stealing 90 feet.  ricky was just very explosive.  ...also was only 5'10 so it would make sense jose being 6'4 he would be better at the 100 meter. .  As for Jose well mike trout is 6'1 240... faster than jose ever was,  a superior baseball player...and natural IMO.  As for those strength claims I saw he said he benched 390. Matt holiday close grips 365 btw.

This part is not correct.  Jose never hit for a great avg and only hit above .300 once in a full season.
