Austria is known for Arnold, could be positive. Hitler is from Austria, he dragged Germany down with him.
Austrian got really annoying accent, worse than Arnold.
Don't confuse Germany with Austria. Germany is the power house of EU. 

Why would anyone confuse Germany with Austria, Germany never gets in the top three best places to live. Economy does not always equal quality of life.

I am very familiar with Austrian accent and can tell the difference from German, but I have observed many different accents and most Austrians around Vienna don't sound like Arnold at all.

Unfrotunately thanks to the world wars, the germans are scared of their own shadows and cant muster any ability to protect themselves from the inevitable extinction they now face.
