bobs gym is one of the best gyms in all north jersey and im willing to say on the whole east coast, there where 2 gyms that everyone talked about when i was growing up and that was DIAMOND GYM AND STRONG AND SHAPELY,2 BEST GYMS AROUND PERIOD. if i had the money i would jump on that in a minute, the atmosphere is the best around and the equipment is top of the line, bob always makes sure nothing ever stays broken,if somethings goes he has it fixed right away. plus bobs a great guy n i never,and i repeat never heard a bad word spoken about the man.he loves the sport and it shows in his gym

Can you fill us in a bit more on exactly what type of partner you're looking for? Silent partner with cash? Partner to take over day-to-day tasks so you get more free time to enjoy life?

And you mentioned the building gets sold in a few years, does that mean you might need to get a new space? And, even though everyone hates talking about money, can you give us some idea whether you're looking for someone to put in $250,000? $500,000? More? Less?

"Partner" is pretty vague. And keep in mind, we're GetBiggers, so we're all multi-millionaires, flush with expendable cash, tons of experience running Fortune 500 Companies, hob-nob on a regular basis captains of industry, fly on private jets, etc. So you've come to the right place :-)

Seriously, any more details on exactly what type of parter you're looking for and what you expect from him/her would be greatly appreciated.
