Not sure if vegetables will build muscle but they are good for you health wise and filler when dieting. If you are smart you can make them taste good. Get rid of the lettuce IMO. I like peppers, cabbage, brokkoli, jalapeņo, onions. Some vegetable like broccoli and cabbage have indo 3 carbinol which is an estrogen blocker. Good luck. Also with veggies your skin might look better and you will pull more chicks.
