Got these tips from ~150lbs twinks (fellow physicists and beginning bb enthusiasts)
- you need at least 2 gr per kg/bw
- never do cardio on the same day as you lift weights
- the choice of protein source (chicken, fish, red meat etc) is crucial for gains
- the protein intake must be spread out over the day
etc etc.
Wtf is wrong with these people? Delusion?
They've spent a couple of weeks into weightlifting and nutrition and they are already "experts".
