TX Governor-Elect Greg Abbott shows the way: How the GOP can win it all in 2016.

I've said it before and Tuesday's election in Texas proved it. The GOP needs to quit lamenting about the Hispanic vote.

If they want to beat Hliary Clinton (or whoever gets the DNC nod), they MUST win two demographics overwhelmingly:

A) WORKING/MIDDLE-CLASS WHITE MEN
B) MARRIED WHITE WOMEN

If Republicans mirror Abbott's success in Texas, the Dems can play the race card all they want but they'll get pummelled again.

Critical to getting those votes are (and I've said this in the past too): DO NOT IGNORE THE SOCIAL CONVERSATIVES, as they tie into the aforementioned groups.

With that said, Abbott got 40% of the Latino vote, just like the last GOP guy to win the presidency. I believe that, if you take care of the social conservatives, the Latino vote will take care of itself. The GOP won't get the majority but they'll take a big enough hunk from the Democrats to put themselves in the pole position to win.

Abbott won the female vote, which has the liberal feminists ENRAGED (see my link in the other thread about Abbott and Davis).

When?

Reagan - 80, 84, and 88, the tail end of reagan - CONSERVATIVE TIME in america.
Tea Party -2010 - CONSERVATIVE TIME ONCE AGAIN.


Your article is right - social CONSERVATIVES - you win them, you win the election.   BUT repubs keep running RINOs.   Bush barely won twice, romney lost, dole lost, mccain lost... see a pattern?   

You run a conservative, you WIN women, and you WIN the election BIG. 
You run a RINO, and you don't win - end of thread!

Democrats haven't won white women since 1992.  Republicans usually do very well with married women.  Single, ounger women of color are a difficult sell for Republicans because they allow themselves to be sucked into this war on women nonsense that is typically tied to abortion.

Single younger women of color tend to be BROKE (especially with half of Latino and nearly 3/4ths of black babies born out of wedlock). Thus, they are more government-dependent and go for Democrats.
