IMO, a PERSON should never over-react.  If an old man of 88 years hits me in the arm at a grocery store, I should never punch his lights out.  Likewise, if a 88 pound girls smacks me, I shouldn't upper cut her jaw into next week.

But if a 140 pound girl, angry and spitting/hitting is punching me in the face - I can make an effort to get the heck out of there.  But once i'm against the wall, once I can't grab wrists and restrain without her kicking my balls for the 3rd or 4th time, there reaches a point of You are inflicting damage like a man, so pretty soon I have to defend myself using measures I'd use against a manl.

No, it doesn't. Virtually all the low lives in NYC are black and Hispanic.  You have to go upstate to see whites that low.

I'd agree if we were talking about violence. Probably 99% percent of the violent bullshit that goes down on the subway are those two groups. But as far as general rudeness, the whites get in on it a bit, especially when the High schools let out, the clubs let out, and sometimes during the Yankee games. It's mostly just loud drunken buffoonery though.
