havent seen that happen. My wife doesnt quite have as mucj muscle as an IFBB bikini girl.

Also, new impmant tech has changed things, these implants have textured ribbing on them so as they settle into place, the muscle tissue grows and 'attaches' to the implant so they become a part of the body.

i cant see how, talking to the doc, the 'fake' look is a result of size of implant and amount of room/size of original breast tissue... the bigger the implant, and the lesss breast tissue to begin with, the faker the look. The texture is just something for the tissue to grab onto, it doesnt alter the look of thr implant.

I think youre thinking of formed implants, which are curved to look less fake. We want with a high contour implant, which gives a more augmented look. Theyre fuller on top. The formed ones are more tear dropped so they hang more naturally and arent as full up on the chest.

So doc is doing a lift and implant. It would be so much easier if she was flat already so this is costing more and will be harder to achieve the "fake" implant look that both us like

silicone is def better imo.

Saline barely moves at all, they feel like water balloons and theyre super hard looking. Silicone is a nice middle ground, they jiggle when they move/are getting fucked and they have a cool feel to them.
