Was glad someone else counted five plates. Not real. If I saw knee wraps and some struggle on sixth and seventh rep I'd think maybe. Maybe. I saw neither. Why show a video where you squat well below your rep or weight limit? Anyone who has repped more than that, and I have, knows you would grab any 5kg gain and die for one more rep. Yet she shows herself casually doing five plates and stops at seven while being spotted from first rep with an Olympic style squat?
