James is strong for sure but I wonder what the weight equates to. Pouncey is 300 pounds but I think he would get lighter as james pushes up and his legs r not over James' chest. Pouncey needs to kneel on his back. Either way strong.

Harrison is a strong guy.....5yrs ago, while he was with the steelers, saw a clip of him on ESPN where they went to the Steelers training facility and showed this Mofo cracking one rep out of 495lbs on the bar, no sweat.....
