I didn't know he travel so much! I mean! A new country every week, guestpose, seminar, shits and other shits. Long flights, new timezone...always on a ton of gear. Not able to get real healthy strong basic food. I mean! This cant be good!
I think he should go back to that gym in his hometown, "put away the Ferrari" and just go basic for 2 years. Eating clean and healthy food and focus on whats made him. The gym food sleep and drugs!
My guess is that if he stoped doing what he does he would be 10-15% better...He was much tighter fuller some years ago, I definitely think the travelling and not having regular routine with food/gym/sleep will pretty much fuck it up. U can never be a champ is you doesn't optimize every factor.
Maybe this is the reason most pros start looking worse in the end of the career. Before they got it they are starving dogs...110% focus on doing everything right.
