Eastern Europe vs South America best for women

So having visited 40 countries now, my observation is that the two best parts of the world for good looking and easy women, is Eastern Europe and Latin America.

However I cant decide which is the best of the two and need to call on some well traveled getbiggers to share their worldly opinions.
