Author Topic: Update on 8-ball Jacket man who slapped girl on the subway (Read 6456 times)

So, a few days ago we heard about a victim that suffered abuse by way of the hands of a violent criminal within one of NYC's subways. This individual was verbally assaulted, physically attacked and mentally scarred. They placed this individual under arrest for 4 days and then came to the startling realization that HE acted in self-defense and was ultimately released.

8-ball jacket man, Jorge Peña (former pro-baseball prospect & Dominican-born fashion connoisseur) was released and acquitted of all charges. Prosecutors found him to be innocent and a victim of a violent attack by a deranged, female lunatic.

“I never slapped anyone before. Especially a girl,” said the 6-foot-6 Peña, 25.

“But when I saw that blood, I couldn't take it. She attacked me like a man and she got pwned.”

Both female assailants (Danay Howard, 21, and Shanique Campbell, 20) involved got charged with felony assault.

He didn't want to fight, he kept avoiding it. She clocked him hard.

LOL @ the white knight heroes stepping up to 'defend the honor' of the foul-mouthed idiot that threw the first punch lol. Silliness. You see it all the time. "You can't do that to her!". She used her stilletto shoe as a weapon? It was at least the 3rd blow she had landed.

She needs a month in jail for that.

Assault and battery of a woman.

Remember, if 3-5 people go to the cops saying that a crazy man attacked a woman, the cops will take the word of the 3-5 people stating so. They all serve as alibis to each other and the fact that it involves a woman getting hit by a man, pressures the cops to remove the assailant from the general population (think of how when a woman goes to the cops and states that a man raped her, even if the man never touched her and they have nothing more than her word, they will still go in, arrest the man and put him in central bookings until the lawyers can prove otherwise and/or her story falls apart). This is the way the justice system works.

Luckily for this man, technology was on his side and people recorded the entire incident showing how she was the aggressor and how she delivered multiple strikes in this young man's direction.
