Dynamical systems or chaos theory can be applied to many different areas of study, including physics, sociology, anthropology, psychology, mathematics, organizations/businesses, meteorology, engineering, biology, and philosophy, etc. Thus, their applicability and effect on the world is much greater than studying electricity. How the theory applies to each discipline is important.

I urge you to look more deeply into dynamical systems/chaos theory.

But in electricity theres alot of hows and whys im not aware of thus i cant use dynamical systems till i know all the" players"
