Most people think you only train one muscle group each week.
That's not how it should be at all bc that means your only training each muscle group about 50-60 training days in a year,
That leaves hundreds of days not training at all. If your diet is proper & your on gear why not train each muscle group 2 times
a week. All you need to do to make better gains is add more frequency & drop the volume of your work outs.
It makes no sense to me bc do you really need hundreds of days off to recover properly.Nope.
