this happened at my high school growing up as well, a very sweetheart of a girl too... all the suddem she showed up with no hair from intensd chemo.... she fought it for years and finallt wound up succumbing.


Her dad uaed to work with mine; it destroyed him and nearly rended their family apart.

Yep, and our greatest worries in life are our bodyfat percentage, how many inches our biceps measures and how many grand income per year we get.

We tend to forget to thank god for each and everyday we and our beloved ones are healthy on this earth. Don't take this for granted.

A girl in my junior high school was battling cancer for many years. i always wondered why she was absent from school so much. at that age, you never think about it. she died in the 11th grade.

another girl who i went to junior high and high school with died in her early 20's of cancer. i think it was leukemia.

Another childhood friend of mine hung himself last year. though we did lose contact for most of our adult life, but he was my best friend for the first 13 years of my life.
