He still has 6 years in jail in Portugal for kidnapping before he goes to jail in Spain for murder.

The guy runed away from jail in Portugal to France, then got a job in Ibiza (Spain) as a bouncer where he killed a co-worker and then escaped to Holand.
Plus, he had a hummer.
